Integrated Whole Person Counselling – Module 1

This module has been compiled for counsellors, pastoral workers, psychology and counselling students, and all professionals who work closely with children and families. It is an integrated guide combining:

• pastoral and Christian spiritual insight

Its purpose is to help counsellors understand the internal world of the child — the unspoken emotional language, the hidden wounds, the developing brain, and the deep spiritual and emotional needs of young hearts.

Although this module offers practical guidance, it does not replace formal training or professional supervision. Practitioners must always work within their scope, and refer children to psychologists, psychiatrists, paediatricians, or other professionals where necessary.
