- Focus: Interpretation of financial statements, budgetary control, and risk mitigation strategies. This is designed for non-financial managers to gain "Boardroom Fluency."
- Assessment: A Risk Assessment Report and Budgetary Proposal for a new business unit.
Module 3: Change Management and Organisational Culture
- Focus: How to lead people through transformation. Understanding resistance to change, cultural mapping, and the "Human Element" of digital transformation.
- Assessment: A Change Management Blueprint based on a real-life organizational shift.
Module 4: The Final Action Research Project (Dissertation Equivalent)
- Focus: Unlike a traditional theoretical thesis, this is a Live Workplace Project. You will identify a significant problem in your professional environment and solve it using the IFAL Action Learning framework.
- Assessment: A 7,000-word Action Research Portfolio including evidence of implementation and a final reflective summary.
