programme structure



The programme is delivered through a flexible, modular structure, enabling working professionals and senior leaders to integrate learning with ongoing professional responsibilities. The F.A.S.T (Framework, Adaptive, Systems Thinking, Transformation) approach sits at the heart of this programme. This design supports accelerated completion, cost efficiency, and sustained workplace relevance while maintaining academic coherence and intellectual rigor.


Students cover 12 modules over the course of 3 months. The modules are generally delivered over the course of a few days, with students required to develop their projects independantly.
